correct me if im wrong, but his ult base damage does true damage, but his ult bonus damage doesn't, is that right?

I am not entirely sure. The real killey here actually wasnt his ultimate at any standard. As of this screenshot, his q power did 110% of his AP in damage, making it far more efficeient.
