Just a note on promotions. If your rank is Staff Sergeant [SGT] or higher and you feel a subordinate should be promoted please send me a PM and I'll see that it's recognized and considered. If you're an Allied soldier NCO or officer, your duties off the field are optional but you may certainly take the initiative when it comes to the responsibility associated with your rank.

For example, I know I spoke with the Allies about working on teamwork this week.

-Have any of my officers or NCOs taken the initiative to train or organize players in public servers to work on these things?
-Who has made progress and who doesn't work well with others?
-Have any Enlisted soldiers done these things?

All of it is useful information, and your involvement will only lead to good things for both the team and yourself.

This is our war. We, hell, any Army can only expect to succeed by staying focused and working hard.

I think for me, being on the Allied team, I would benefit from playing Allied and getting used to the weapons, which I am and will do
