I have notice people getting a little crazy with asking to even the teams, they have been asking people to even the teams when there is only a 2 person difference. From what i understood that teams only need to be evened when there is a 3 or more person difference, i can see if there is only like 7 people on ya 2 people make a big difference and teams should be evened. But people do it when server is almost full so it sees like they have to say it every 5 seconds please correct me if im wrong not trying complain just have been seeing it a lot in server and want to stare people in the right direction. Also please only kick afks when servers are full thank you :thumbup:

In my opinion if there is 2 guys difference then the teams should be evened. (also if other team has like...... Boyle, sumac and BadBrain, then the teams need to be evened!)[other team has all these noobs like tomi87 zacharias and stealthfighter]

Pretty much 2 guys more on the other team isn't a problem, it's not good, but you can pretty much manage with it. Seriously, team stack notices when this happens makes me check the scoreboard and say "Guys... there's no stacking problem".
And yeah, so long as server isn't full AFKs do not deserve to be kicked.

Team stacking happens and i dont believe its necessary to ask for them to be evened if they are off by even 3. I have lost my MG position many times just to even team, but ultimately its our responsibility as members to help keep the teams even. Admin intervention should rarely take place. In fact i can count the number of times ive had to even teams without taking my shoes off. This is one thing that all levels of admins and members can help in. So do your part and only mention teams if they are really off. Time and volunteers should be enough to keep the teams even.

I agree with STORMY, our members should continously press TAB and check the teams, if they are uneven they shouldnt wait untill an admin takes action, our members should just even the teams so the admin actions are not necessary.
Also i say 2 is fine on a full server, 3 is too much. And on a 15- player server i say 2 is too much.

I know leadership has put out that if teams are off by 3 fix teams by asking people, if your team is up by 2, and your a e or eG and you want to take inititive and be like i will help teams out it also looks good to senior eGO's your willing to try to make things right, and you look better in front of your peers

If teams are +2, I'll always ask ONCE for people to even teams, at this point it's really not that bad (unless the skills levels are different).. at three I'll start asking more, if the team continues to have +3 for two rounds (winning) I'll move people.

Cmon guys life was never meant to be easy nor was fighting in a war but 2 players can change so quick to the other team it is not worth the admin changing them, remember the admin is also playing the game and when he stops and changes the teams they normally need changing back straight away, be patient and try harder if you are on the lesser team. Rest assured if it goes to three then the admin will swap a player if he see's it or is told about it.

I can't stand when people keep telling people to even teams, on any server, but they expect someone else to do it. Like you, I've lost sniper class, or rocket, keeping teams even. It IS frustrating, but it's a nice courtesy to guests on your server.

Do not make team imbalance an issue unless the difference in players is 3 or more. Even then, do not make a big deal out of it. I have perhaps once in my 2+years here seen teams remain uneven after two minutes have gone by without saying a word.

I constantly switch teams left and right to try to keep them even and also try to skill balance them a bit more. If there is a 4 player different, but the team with less has like 14 eGO k98 gods/goddesses I don't give a woodoo.
Here is your official ruling guys.
If the teams are more than three off we should fix the teams. If it is two off let it be. It really irraites me to see our guys calling for teams every five minutes. I would also like to see our members take the initiative to even the teams themselves. This is a game about war the sides aren't always equal in battle.

In my comment when I said "switch teams" I meant that I personally switch to the other team to even them. It is ridiculous to constantly keep saying "Even the teams" and then us as eGO players not switch them ourselves.

I too only ask when the teams are off by 3 or more. I am usually on the lessor team anyway... I just pop-up my team bind and teams are usually evened within a few seconds. But, at lees then 3, I dont worry about it. People are always leaving and joining.. so team balance isnt off for long most times.
