When its only a one or two person unbalance , I have heard people say "TEAMS" or, what have you, without giving it a minute or two to even out.
To my pleasure, it is always handled with courtesy and respect with the appropriate general response given to said objector.
Also , we as members will be the first to balance out the playing field when it's really needed .:thumbup:
