what you have to do is click run then yes then yes then reboot your computer
and it will work

Or you can just turn it off through windows, and in your mouse drivers. This fix no longer works with windows 7, if you just turn it off with windows it still has a little accel, which this fix removes.

But most people have drivers that you can just it off completely with, so this is an old fix.

Probably should mention it changes your registry, might want to give out more information before you hand out a link for people to download and run.
