Go to steams website and open a ticket.
I noticed your account was hacked.
He just messaged me.

This has happened to me once before. Just try to get the password back. Then change AND verify the email. Then change the password once more and you should be good.

Steam personal service is horrible. my main acc was hacked a year ago and i opened a ticket and they didnt reply to me till about 2 months later and i got it back. Open a ticket and pray they get to you faster. sorry to hear about your acc
