Ah, so glad its not current hats. You just find these randomly around the map

Im going to get this hat and wear it all the time, i wish they let us keep the rest though

Although the related achievement says "craft the Saxton Hale Mask," you only need to have it in your inventory; i.e. you can trade for it and get the achievement. This may be patched in the future. This has been confirmed.

according to the wiki....meh i just want the achievement myself. I could care less about the actual mask.:laugh:
