Having trouble downloading new tf2 update.

Whenever I try to install the new update, it always says the servers are too busy to handle my request. I've tried changing my download region, bu it's still doing it. I've even actually tried wating about 30 mins [I know, horrible], but stil nothing.

You just have to keep trying. Last night I couldn't even get any games to load, much less download anything.
