Thanks for the answer, also why would they get rid of quickscoping, I don't see how it affects anyone? (I hated it anyways,lol)

I guess you play on pc, so it probably doesn't affect you so much, but quickscoping on consoles is so annoying. Aim assist pretty much does most of the work for you, rendering secondaries useless in mw2. Often most games I played had half of enemies quickscoping. It is considered a pretty cheap exploit, so thankfully its gone.
