Graphics card question

Since my comp is still broken I am trying to get tf2 working on a different comp for the time being. Will I be able to play tf2 with an ati radeon hd 5450 graphics card with 512 MB of ram?

Also, if you go to here you can get some autoexec configs that will do wonders for boosting frame rate at the expense of quality. I'm currently running TF2 on a laptop and it's just been getting worse and worse with every update (I blame Valve). But at least using some of these greatly reduced settings I'm getting 60-120 fps which I never expected.

You also have to keep in mind that TF2 is a very CPU-intensive game since they've packed so much crap into all the updates.
