Black ops, a disappointment?

I for one vote that Call of Duty: Black ops completely disappointed me.

Black ops is a good game, the single player champagne is fun and engaging, It doesn't feel as tacked on as Modern Warfare 2 was. For it being a series that is heavily Multi player based they really did a fantastic job on the story which has nice twists and turns. The single player is around eight hours which feels solid enough for this series. All in all id give it a Five out of five

I loved the campaign and storyline.

The multiplayer has a bunch of glitches and problems, but I'm expecting that to be fixed within the next month or so. However, the part that really really bothers me is how hard they nerfed sniping. I have seen only five snipers out of an entire week's play and none of them had a positive score.

1.) all except one sniper is good.
2.) the scope is inaccurate for the first 3 seconds (to avoid quickscoping). I hate quickscopers, but there's there are better ways to prevent them from abusing the sniper. Now us hardscopers can't snipe until 3 seconds. Which may not sound like a lot, but it's significantly noticeable.
3.) All of the maps are close-quarters. There isn't a single spot on a map that would be a good spot to snipe. And for the average locations, any gun can shoot that far, even the mp5k (which is godly) making you completely unprotected.

I voted that I hate BO simply because of their blatant murder of sniping.

I personally like the Multiplayer, the RC car is so fun! So I would say it is a pretty-decent game.

1). What is the bad sniper rifle? the PSG-1? I think so
2). Since I use the WA2000 with acog, i don't have a problem with the first 3 seconds but, if you hold your breath right when you first aim, it helps your accuracy.
3). They are close quarters, but i've gotten used to it with the WA2000 w/acog . Also, the Spectre is beyond far better. Although most people haven't used it yet, but it has like literally 0 recoil lol. Throw on a red dot, or a reflex sight, and maybe put on the extended mag with warlord, and its a done deal. Plus it looks cool hehe.

If we didn't have a thread like this, we'd talk about jail all day.....which is what we do anyway. It gets kinda boring to see all of the jail posts, so seeing something else is refreshing
