Graphics in game.

Is there any way to make the stock player models and guns have more higher resolution or poly count, so they look better in-game?

You could mess with the in game graphics so the models look better. o_o

Not really sure aside from adjusting your graphics within the game and your PC. You could try to find different weapon skins that have a better look? I'm not sure how well that would fix it but it could be worth a try.

I know that you can make the textures more detailed and stuff on models by messing about with them in 3DS Max and getting a stupid large texture file.

Get a really good graphics card then FPS Banana it... youll get a few good different skins.
