[moved] New CPU

i finally have a computer that is up and running!!! but unfortunatly my DoD cant find any servers....i think its not getting a connection. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Since you are posting, you can clearly connect to the internet.

Getting to the point where you can search for servers mean syou can connect to steam ok.

I know it sounds silly, but have you made sure that you clicked the internet tab, and not liek - the lan tab.

Also, change your filters to show all games in any game, with any ping and see if that helps. Maybe it is set onyl to show pings under 50 and your ISP was having a bad day.

I think GreenMonkey has gotten the answer. If none of those work, check your Firewall Settings. I use Zone Alarm, and there are different setting for connecting to Games and Internet. I had the same problem myself, but fixed it by adding the game int oSafe Zone.
