Define fair Dan. Many people have different opinions on fair. Just a word of advice on the way you use "fair".

People might have more knowledge in them than other's. There might also be MIC lag and the question may not be clear.

Going off of that, the following are disallowed, to my knowledge:
Trivia. (This has been banned completely when they revised the rules.)
Russian Roulette.
Take it, Leave It.
And just about every other text game that doesn't require the Prisoners to move.
