If you look, he has a few levels over everyone and has loads of items. He looks OP but he really isn't.

yea i agree that Renekton is gonna be OP and riot is gonna nerf him next few patches. But i really like Melee DPS so its a must buy for all the melee DPS fans out there.

Sorry carmine, didn't stay up long enough for patch notes or ect. But i went off what phreak said. If you listen around 4:30 he said it right there.
We also have yet to play him when he is matched up on levels and everything. Riot has been making too many balanced champs along with the old unbalanced champs, i wouldn't mind an OP one for a week.
I would, the first day of LeBlanc was terrible. She was impossible to lane against. Even harder than others people consider hard like Vladimir or Pantheon.
Xin was pretty overpowered, but I didn't feel as bad because I was having fun using him as a tanky dps.
figures hes 6300 ip i guess - but hey, as a melee DPS lover he is definitely my next champ to buy. it will take me a few weeks to farm up enough IP anyway so i'll be able to see if there are any nerfs incoming first or not - still he looks pretty epic and fun as hell

I've had one in about every game I've played since the patch and let me just say, I am not impressed. He is absolute garbage. I am yet to see someone who can play him without sucking massively.
I think the pre-patch nerf screwed this guy hard. A friend of mine played him and feels like his abilities are just wimpy and don't do a ton of damage. He said it seemed like nothing would stack with him. One of his abilities at Level 4 only does 140 damage, hardly DPS worthy.

I built him 2 ways. First way i build him DPS with some health, and i wrecked hard. But only because our shen was in my lane and we owned the other gater and nasus.
2nd game i build tank because i was not getting fed. After i got tank items i went pure AS and got a madreds. I held up very well and i did a good amount of damage with my madreds. This champ is a good champ, but very hard to play. He isn't one where you pick it up and do very well. I think i'm decent with him is because i started my LoL career with Nasus, who has a very similar ult. So i felt very comfortable on when to use his ult. Most people just use it right away and get CC'ed. You gotta use it after your team in gages and your in the middle of the fight.
