He isn't as bad as you people are making him out to be. He does the exact right amount of damage for what a tanky dps should do. Maybe it is all my time play Mordekaiser, but I was able to pick up Renekton pretty easily, and with max cooldown, some tankyness, and some AD he is definitely useful. He may be a tiny bit underpowered, but he seems pretty balanced to me.
