Hey guys i tryed a new spray(the realism wallpaper) but it isnt working i saved it as a vmt. my old spray is a vmt. too i can hear the Spray sound on anzio i can see Sprayed by Ziegenpeter but i dont see the spray:facewall: hope you can help me

If you can hear the sound of the spray and everything...

Try hoping on a orange/custom map server and spray. This happens to me every once in awhile that my spray won't work on regular maps.

BMP is the only type of file that works with sprays for me.

Make sure it is 256x256

I couldn't help you, I've never been able to work out how to do it myself, although after this post I think i'll give it a go!

yea my spray that i have does that on times but it works when it wants too

If you have it as a .vtf file I think you can have it any size and then the game makes it the right size. At least that's what is does for me.

Make it into a .tga file. And then in console type in r_decals 200. Now try to spray

If you don't have decals enabled you won't be able to see anyone's sprays.

The true question is does he really mean it or is it a attempt to be noticed more. (Or i should not discuss this even farther with it ending up with me in a trunk and dropped off in the arctic with nothing more then a blow torch and a 1970's radio talky and a chance to win 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 dollars.)

oops i forgot to add in the quot....fail on me but for me the spray has to be in the .tga format and also 125x125 i think and then try it. like i said sometimes it will work and other times it does not.
