Jailbreak Suggestion

Well, I do not know where to put this suggestion on Jailbreak, and I know I'm a noobie here, but I just want to give a suggestion so I guess i'll put it here
I think something that might spicen up JB and give it more lol's and what not is if we can put a liberated LR.
What I mean by that is well, let the T have fun and choose anything he want's to do. for example, a joke contest with the remaining CT's, singing contest, or whatever. Of course, they can always pick s4s if they want, but with free options I believe terrorists would use their creativity more and have some more fun with the CTs, because, afterall, they deserved that, after surviving everything.
Well, this is my suggestion.
I don't know if this has been ruled out before, but I haven't read about it on the forums, since I am still getting familiar with the forums.

Yes, this is a CS:S related thread, so yes it goes here. I'd like to point out that singing over mic is considered spamming and you will probably get muted. A joke contest is opinion based game and should only be used as a LR if used at all. You might get killed though for it being non-productive. I love your creativity here just come up with stuff that everyone will love!

ONTOPIC: As kilroy said, LRs need to be productive. Just try stuff out when you get it. If it doesn't work it doesn't work. If it does work, it does work. Lool.

Part of being such a strong and united community is the chance to express our own opinion. Therefore, I would like to say that I do not agree with yours, buddy.

The reason is as follows: Last Request is, as you say, some sort of gratification for the effort (or the luck) to have survived. Notwithstanding that, the T has to remember that the whole point of the game (which as stated previously, its a Role Game) is to kill the CT or get killed by them.

Even though the T can pick "whatever" he wants, as Martyr stated, LR must be productive.

Remember always something: Whenever someone dies, she/he is waiting for the next round, therefore the remaining players have got to play fast and play hard, not just for fun, but for everyone's sake and enjoyment.

I agree with mayhem, if you do have any suggestion put them in the drop box. As for joke contest or anything of that nature. Those games based on opinion or bias are not allowed. Typically any game that you can use as a CT to kill of the T's, can be used as an LR. You have something going here, so keep it up!

You can do anything you like as long as there will be a winner and it has an end; but that just depends on the CT's on your LR as some of them are killjoy like killroy who want to sit out xD

No, my friend, not "anything" is allowed as LR. The game has to be a form of killing CTs or to suicide. Also the LR must not go against Server Policies, such as "no mic spamming" (therefore singing will never be allowed as LR).

The T can choose whatever game he may find fit, only if

a) The game will cause the end of the round
b) Is not against server rules
c) Makes such game quick and effective

Anyways, I have been going through the games, and we used to be able to do Trivia. Why can't we do trivia anymore?

OK. Let me explain something to you, and let me tell you how I'd handle this, Keep in mind, I do not speak for others and this is all going off of my Jail experience.

If your LR is for someone to sing over the microphone and it's 2am, and the server has 20 people in it, and no one minds or everyone laughs at it, I'll allow it and encourage fellow admins to do the same. If it isn't disruptive and is fun or funny to people, we shouldn't admin it. The idea behind being an admin is to enforce the server rules AND make sure everyone enjoys eGO's servers. Not to enforce the rules with a :| face. So, don't get the wrong idea here. But if it's a full server at 3pm with 44 people, then the situation might be a little different.

Personally, I've 'sung' on the mic before to entertain the server. For some reason, people find my voice LOLacious and try to make me sing on their LR. One notable time is when someone made me sing..Uhh...Something about a poker face? or something? Hahahaha.

As for Trivia, it was banned during the reform of our Jail rules. Plain and simple.

You are(Again, personal experience, not official.) allowed to bend the LR rules, to an extent. For instance, if you want to do a joke contest, do it. But this will become an optional game and you may be killed after the 30 seconds are up, unless you are in fact, killing the weakest link. An optional game is where the Guards may sit out and you may not harm them, otherwise you'll be a rebeller.

There's other LRs that pertain to certain maps. For instance, I forgot which map has the second story with the heal and the race on top..But what I like to do on that map is a pool jumping contest. Simply, you must run towards the railing and try to jump from the second story into the pool. If you hit the concrete, you lose and will be eliminated.

LRs DO NOT have to be productive. But unproductive LRs get a 30 second time limit.
