Should I post a different Bokeh effect?

I've managed to make a different Bokeh effect in my other thread, and I was wondering if anyone would want me to post a tutorial?

It's kinda cool but real bokeh is much cooler. All artificial bokeh looks the same to me.

lols I think the text looks suited, but we all have opinions. Anyway, I'll do a tut then I so prefer this to the previous Bokeh effect; this one is so much smoother...
