I would have to say my favorite food is Beef n' Noodles. They are made with wide Amish noodles, pepper, and Romanian beef tips that can be found at Wal-Mart.

Mine would be a customary dish associated with my Mother's birthplace, Turkey. Its a spinach and feta cheese delight wrapped in spirals within a round cooking pan in a crust similar to eggrolls but much larger. Baked for close to twenty minutes on medium and cut into slices as a pizza would. The purpose is to break each individual layer starting from the bottom until you get to the larger piece at the top, preceeding to cry because that slice is gone and there is one less slice for you to selfishly nom-nom all for yourself. :- ) Some people use a special seasoned dip, but I hate too much spice in any of my homecooked meals so I tend to avoid it. For anyone interested, its called Burrec (SP?). Never learned how to spell it properly. :- P
