All the servers (except jail) are pretty much dead when its early (at least in my EST time it is). Around 9-10 am EST is when people are on. Sometimes even earlier.

You posted this at 7 AM. Sometimes the servers will be a tad lower in population.

Servers really only get jump started around 10 A.M. Until then, it's a ghost town.
