Nope, double failed. I defragged my CS:S, verifed my Cache, failed. No change. I WANNA PLAY!

If you haven't already, restart your computer and see if that fixes the problem after installing your graphics card drivers. If you've already restarted your computer, try reinstalling Counter-Strike: Source.

How did you fix the issue? it may help others in the future with the same problem.

I set my "Set Launch Options" and I typed in -dxlevel 80. It made the game fullscreen. It worked like a charm!
