Hey guys, just wondering if we have a highlander team? And if so where and how do you join? If not, why not? :-]

Yeah ok this is probably going to be a stupid question, but what the hell is a Highlander Team? I can tell already what the answer is going to be, but uh, geefs me infoz plox. xD

Highlander is a league, like CEVO or CAL if you have ever heard of them, you register about 7 people i think (or it's 6, i'm not sure) your team has to pick which class they want to play and then you just face other teams on different types of maps. You'll have to look up ''Highlander League'' or something on google. I really can't explain it.. haha.

We Will be having a Highlander event for all members on Saturday March 13th for everyone interested, it should be a blast, come out and play! first come first server of course as well

And to correct all the misinformation that just happened, a "Highlander" is not a League or something that happens in pubs or anything like that. A "Highlander" is a gamemode introduced by Valve, 9 vs 9, one of each class. It is played in some competitive leagues and tournaments, but is not nearly as common as the 6v6 Push setup.

Oh, and no we do not have a Highlander team, we're working on getting a 6v6 team started, but I have been having computer problems over the last several days, so have been unable to work on that. Hopefully will get those resolved very soon.

Sounds interesting, I'm not super competitive by any means but a Highlander deal might be something I'd be willing to try whenever it goes up.

Well, if we're callin out classes now, Soldier would be good for me if possible, as it's currently the only class I'm playing, though Engineer is a specialty as well. Or it used to be. But I'm sure we can work somethin out on the big day/s, no rush

That shouldn't be too hard, the only classes I can stomach playing right now, due to my overly-rustiness, are Soldier and Engineer. With Sniper being the third when I feel like 'attempting' to headshot someone, or just dinkin around.
