To all the people incapable of understand what's being said in this thread. This thread isn't discussing ageism. Not all young kids in the CS:S division are immature, infact we like the mature kids. We hold them in the same regard as the older folks in our own division. It's the people in CS:S (mostly consisting of people under 18) that are extremely immature that bothers us. It's NOT your age it's the way you act. There are also plenty of adults in eGO that act immaturely it's just the gross amount of immature players are under 18. If you are mature you wont get offended by this post. If not then this post I guess is directed at you... If you feel offended I invite you to post your reasons why and I'm sure everyone in this thread would be more then happy to talk things out. At least that's what us mature folks do.

I don?t see a single comment that reflects poorly on our division.
I?m not sure if you?ve read all of the posts in this thread. The tone of this thread is humorous but there?s also a repeated message; your voice doesn?t matter, only your level of maturity. If that?s a negative comment then the majority of us need some re-education. I believe that everyone in this division is well aware of the fact that our forum is open to any other division. We have always welcomed participation from all eGO members and the matters we discuss may occasionally be of a serious nature but we choose to handle them in a lighthearted manner. I can name several reasons for doing so, but the major reason is to not escalate a potentially volatile situation.
Were fortunate enough in the DoD Division to have members of leadership that take action when it is needed (and it rarely is needed) and usually let situations resolve themselves as opposed to creating an environment that dissuades individuals from expressing themselves in a mature and respectful manner.
It would be wise to realize that each division has its idiosyncrasies and respective attitude to fellow members. Our division?s unofficial motto would be: business up front and party in the back! Just like a mullet!
