Got hacked. :[

What should I do?.... I lost an SS, Whip, Dscim, Dboots, Dlegs and about 500 deaths....

ok don't panic, first thing you should do is change your runescape password pin and security questions to avoid further unwanted access to your account. then you should scan your computer for keyloggers, backdoor trojans etc, you should also make jagex aware that your account have been compromized, allthough they won't return your lost item i feel its imporant to tell jagex this

in the future make sure you NEVER share your account info with others, use hacks or trade accounts/items for real money as that will not only get you banned, it increases the chance of your account gets hacked so stay away from that

i guess you have no other option but to get those things back yourself
jagex is very clear on the fact that they NEVER replace lost items

Wow, I just got the whole account hacked. And jagex won't do crap. I've tried to do the recovery thing, I had all but one in the green, but they denied me. Wtf is that.

Luckily, all the items you listed except the saradomin sword are cheap today. Well, cheap compared to how much they used to cost. Except the SS and death runes, everything would cost to a little under 3 mil. But the SS part... ouch, sorry :/

Yeah I tried recovering my account that I stopped playing about 5 years ago via email and the plain old password recovery but neither worked (think I got hacked). My character was 86 or so. Wish I could get him back and chill with y'all. Might be starting a new character up. If so I'll see y'all in game.
