There is someone on steam posing as "admin" and sends you a link to the steam store. I asked several people about this person and they all said that its not legit, and you can be scammed. If you get messaged by this person, change your password as soon as possible just to be on the safe side.

Admin Hello you are welcomed by administration steam. You immediately should inspect the account online-anticheats *insert link here* . If you do not execute it, the account will be disconnected in a current of 5 hours. For disconnected and ban accounts steam responsibility does not bear!
Admin is now Offline.
If you loose your account over this, then please report it.
