Exactly one year ago, on this day, I submitted my application and had the opportunity to become an Edge Gamers. Since then my experience in life, as well as gaming have changed dramatically. I would like to thank EVERY eGO members for helping me through difficulties, and provide an amazing gaming experience for me.
Time line:
3/7/10 - Registered for eGO, but I didn't know I had to submit an application. I wore the tag for 3 weeks until an admin kicked me. :\
3/25/10 - Submitted the app!
5/31/10 - Got my 10 recruit achievement. From this point on, I felt like I've actually accomplished something and I'm helping the whole community out.
June - I left eGO. How stupid of me... Very big mistake.
July - I came back and most of my friends welcomed me back. I felt welcomed back into the community.
August - Jail changes. WOOT, jail was so fun.
September - A recruiting competition. This was such an amazing experience for me because I had the chance to meet other recruiters and made many friends.
October - Left CS:S because something was wrong with my account.
November - Came back and once again, I was welcomed into the community.
December - Parvovirus started an awesome recruiting contest. In addition, this gave me an opportunity to make more friends and meet new recruits.
December 25, 2010 - Guess what? Well, it is Christmas and I received many awesome present. In addition, I received my gorgeous, un-describable, sexy, beautiful, amazing, (adjective..adjective...) G.
January 2011 - A new year, and a new experience!
1/15/11 - I injured my neck, I moved houses, no internet, and a lot of chaos. I had to take a break from gaming for a while.
3/15/11 - hai, im back.
My experience in eGO would be meaningless without these people. I cannot thank you guys more.
mic(medic) - No longer in the community, but I will always be in my memory. My first friend and a very nice guy.
Wind - My recruiting BFF and encouraged me to recruit. Also, remember those highschool moments?
Seek - Played game allllllll day together. Provided assistance whenever I need him.
penguin(nn) - Yea that troll, who always make fun of me. Wait! Why is he on this list?
DanJK - Woa, Dan helped me through so much difficulties during the summer and was an amazing admin.
PloxBox - Gifted me TF2 and it's an amazing game.
Bounty(Hunter) - No longer around but a lot of time spent with this amazing guy.
Kilroy19 - Amazing person, we spent a lot of times together.
jonnyjuju - Good jail moments and we steam chatted a lot.
Pathfinder1 - Good jail moments.
Medviah - Just like penguin(nn), except he was a nicer guy.
Blindy - An encouragement for me to recruit. Thanks!
Un0fficial - Helped me through hard times. / nuff said
Parvovirus - I hung out with this guy a lot during the summer and we hung out in Vent a lot.
Wolen - Helped me fix my Ventrilo, w/o him, No VENTRILO!!
Reflex99 - My tech helper. Assisted me to install my graphics card. Countless hours he spent helping me.
JunK - Taught me to use the scout pretty well, and we had some good training time.
I know I'm missing someone, but my head is about to explode.
To sum up, I'd like to thank EVERYONE from the CS:S division for the amazing experience and assistance I needed.
