DODS Forums Closing!!!

Steampowered and DODS forums are merging and DODS is going to close OMFG! I've been a member of DOD forums since 1.2 beta! All good things must end.

from what I understand correct me if I'm wrong but its only the DOD we have our own forums.

This is steam trying to intergrate the new steam community that they are so pruod of. More importantly that they are taking DOD off of the backburner and getting the major update started that i have been waiting for going on two years now.

what exactly is this 'major update', i have no clue what it is?

i am assuming alot of updates. new maps. new guns? or something along those lines.

Details of this update are scarce at the moment, but I suspect something will be announced in the near future (hopefully).

For those of you confused, this has nothing to do with OUR forums... we're discussing the DOD:S official site. And it's not a negative indication of anything either... they're simply merging with STEAM's forums so the community becomes more cohesive.

there are rumors they might add british skins even the enfield rifle but thats just a rumor
