The Team Fortress 2 EC would like to ask you what types of events do you like? And what events do you not like? Please post here your favorite events and ideas of future events.

I like competitive events like class vs class the best. Any competitive type of events are great. Arena is something I haven't played at an event in a while but that would be good competitive fun.

I've never been to an event because they're 6:00 in the morning for me but I don't know if my dad will let me or not. If it's ok...... can I give a sugestion?

I did like the Highlander event we had a bit ago. Also prop hunt every now and then is fun and different.

I'm partial to a good Around the World, personally.

In the same vein as the event from March 31, it might be enjoyable to do an hour with a series of fun and unconventional maps, perhaps even giving a small prize to whoever tops the scoreboard before the map changes.

Prop Hunt is really fun and I'm totally behind this suggestion, but I believe it requires a fairly invasive mod that frequently breaks for TF2.


Also, Balloon Race! We need Balloon Race events! :thumbup1:

I think you're thinking of prophunt. Generally eGO doesn't put that into the event server for tf2, We would need a DL to turn it on or off every time we would host events.


But yeah guys, if you have any ideas at all, even if you think they are the stupidest idea ever or the best idea ever, pm me or any other EC. If you want awesomer events or think the stuff we do is boring (which is practically impossible for my events, seeing as they so pro), let us know!

I'd have to agree on dodgeball. Would be nice to play with all the Edgegamers peeps.

As for the other events, I've enjoyed most of them. The EC's have done a lot of work to get them to be really fun. Keep up the good work!
