Super Mario RPG on the snes and now on my Wii. I seriously play through this game AT LEAST once a year. Idk what it is about a mario style RPG that has kept me hooked, but I LOVE IT! Once upon a time, a second one was in development but got cancelled . This was also back in Square was making the most awesome RPGs before merging with Enix.

On a second note, I am also in love with Zelda Link to the Past (SNES/GBA), Minish Cap, and pretty much any zelda game on the GBA. I typically beat one of those at least once a year as well.

Battlefield Vietnam/1942. Its a tie between those two. Both were super amazing. Vietnam was nice on certain maps and 1942 was fun on Omaha beach.

PSX/N64 era = Xenogears, I loved this game so freaking much!! the art was awesome, the music was awesome, the story was awesome at the time (I was really young when it was released). I actually traded in my old black & white gameboy and a bunch of games just to get a copy of this. I even remember walking through a major winter snow storm to pick it up from the local post office...good times

PS2/Xbox era = Battlefield 1942, best multiplayer game ever! 64 player, big maps, planes, boats
and jeeps!! It was awesome! I put hundreds of hours on the wake island demo alone. Also loved Ace Combat IV on PS2, great game

Last 5 years = TF2, it was a slow burn but now I love it.

Geometry Wars on XBLA. I bought it on Steam, just not the same experience. Geometry Wars ONE and I made a game with zombeis in it are definitely both up there.
