As you all know, jail is a crazy, chaotic place. Have you noticed some things that don't logically make sense though?
1. Let's say freedays are given once every six rounds. This means in 24 rounds, four freedays will be given. That's 20 rounds that regular orders have been given. Yet every round there is at least one person that doesn't know the orders when they come out of their cell, and even MORE people that have to ask the warden to repeat himself! Logic would tell you if you hear something twenty times, at the exact same time every round, you would know when to listen. Granted, the orders are almost never the same, but they are given at the same time every round.
2. Going on this subject of forgetfulness, how often are the STs killed? Now, I know that a lot of times they are killed by complete accident. The CTs are on edge and a T rounds the corner, accidents are bound to happen, but that's not the situation I'm talking about. When the warden gives STs, who is listening? Constantly CTs are asking the warden, "Who is an ST again?". When, again, the STs are almost given every round, at the exact same time. Usually the warden will even announce that he's about to give STs, then he will call their name out, and say, "Those are the STs." Yet still people will ask, not even 10 seconds later, who are the STs?
3. I see this one happen many times. A CT is the last one left. There are two Ts shooting at him, but he's behind cover. There are a couple Ts that are obeying and sitting there, not doing anything. Logic tells us to get rid of the threatening Ts, then kill the ones that aren't even moving. But what happens almost all the time? While under fire, the CT will shoot the Ts that aren't even moving! I think this one pertains to score. With every T a CT kills, a little achievement firework goes off in their head that says, "Yay, you're the best at killing Ts." So the CT will go for the easier ones first.
4. The difference between crouch walking and shift walking. It really burns me when people are killed for not shift walking or not crouch walking because they do the opposite. What's the difference between them? You're going to same speed and you're holding down a button with them both. The only real difference is that if they pick up a weapon, their aim may be slightly better if they're crouched, but if they are shift walking, all they have to do is take a half second to crouch, so there's no real difference! It's like if you shot somebody because you told them to either jog, or run quickly, but not to a sprint.
This is all I really have for now, I may add some later if I think of them. Jail is a crazy psychological phenomena where even the brightest people can be made to look like they just hopped out of kindergarten.
