I been playing on the 24/7 dust2 server for about a week now, I've noticed most of the players and pubbers that come play are a little bit hard to get things through they're minds. I'm not meaning to sound rude, or imply the misunderstandings, but, i have seen SO MUCH racism, political discussions, swearing, profanity terms and topic discussions, etc... all go by un-noticed by a Game Server Admin. Some of this stuff goes by without a warning given or a "(ADMIN)" message for the server to see, even though an admin would see these forms of rule breaking. I know that i'm just a normal =(e)=? but, i still try to do what =(eG)=?'s and =(eGO)=?'s are supposed to do. Now, don't start attacking me or lashing out at me at what and how I strongly think about this matter, because i am aware that there MAY be certain allowances of swearing or a light form of talk that may go under rule breaking OR that certain eG's and eGO's are not from the cs-source division.
I can already see some leadership and some replies that will come already flowing in my mind, but, i need to get this off my chest. I am also ranting on about how just because we =(e)=?'s are not admins of any form, it DOESN'T mean we can't still try to enforce the server rules and make it more fun and enjoyable for everyone. Not every admin will sit on cs-source and monitor everyone's typing/or listen to what every player says till a rule is broken. BUT, in MY just in MY MIND, when i see other =(e)=?'s stepping up to the plate and doing what isn't getting done, i see Bravery, Respect and Courage from that person. Players on the server need to keep their memory in tact and re read the rules if they are only going to cause arguments or a war with the community.
