I did indeed. The entire backpack and Mann co store are in there, effectively. And I equipped my hat just fine...

Yes, people will be stupid enough to buy it. If it was like, a dollar or two, instead of five per freaking skin (I'm sure we can get custom skins anyway), then that'd be different.

I'm pretty sure I bought TF2 on sale... It was what, $10 last xmas sale?

Seeing as how I could sell my backpack's contents for more then I paid for the game, I really can't get mad at them.

I think this is just some tacked on feature. Only one person will really acknowledge your hats/skins/gestures/miscs at a time, which doesn't feel like its worth getting any of the items, IMO.
