Can't run League of Legends

So I've been trying to play this game for like a week now and just wow. This is the single most frustrating thing I've ever tried to do.

I've tried reinstalling the game a bunch of times but I just get an 'unspecificied RADS error' when I'm trying to run the launcher. I've tried some fixer from the website which does nothing, also tried some registry fix which didn't work.

It tells me to check the log, which says;

Not sure which process could be using that file as I've restarted my computer a few times...

Oh, and I would post this on the League of Legends forum for more help but here's the kicker, you can't actually post on the forum until you've logged into the game client. LOL.

This is the NA version of the game btw, so I can play with people from here.

Try uninstalling Pando Media Booster if you can find it.

After that, rung the launcher again.
Make sure to try running it as administrator too.

I did have that, hmm. Removed it, restarted my PC and still no luck launching the game. Same error. I am running it as administrator, also.

Well, the error is fairly simple. We just have to figure out what is locking this out..

When you load up up League of Legends, go into your task manager. Make sure there isn't any duplicate processes of League of Legend. Make sure there's single processes for any third party process League of Legend uses.

If there are any duplicate processes, end them and see if the main window is still open and active. If it is, continue to run the game like normal, see if your error is resolved.

If closing out duplicate processes shuts off your main window, it may be a thread issue.

Of course, I'm going the hard route, since you affirmed you tried all the basic fixes.
