Sweet and Sassy BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 shot (2oz) of Whiskey
Ground Red Pepper
Finely Chopped Jalapeno (optional)
I've never in my life measured this out, so the measurements may be off. Start with a base of about 1/2 cup of Ketchup, 1/4 cup Chili Sauce, and 1/4 cup Mustard. Stir about 1 1/2 Tablespoons of brown sugar in and stir until well blended. Add about 1 teaspoon each of Worcestershire Sauce and White Wine Vinegar. Top off with a generous sprinkling of red pepper and finely chopped jalapeno. Bring to a simmer in pan, add the whiskey. Continue simmering for 10-20 minutes to cook out the alcohol (if you want

).

A TEXAN GAVE AWAY HIS BBQ RECIPE! CALL THE POLICE!
Nah, I lurve cooking too, good fun.
Here's a recipe I invented myself, and it's the best in the world. Plus it's fairly cheap
Whaddya need?
1.) 2 packages of Chicken Ramen Noodles
2.) Cheese Sauce
---
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar or swiss
* Salt and pepper to taste (preferably garlic salt/pepper)
---
3.) Ragu Tomato Sauce
4.) 2 Bratwurst
Step 1: Make the Cheese Sauce, follow this recipe.
---
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour, being sure to combine it with the butter very well, to make a roux. Let cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Do not let it darken. Gradually add the milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, whisking or stirring vigorously to incorporate. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until thickened and just starting to boil, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper as desired.
---
Step 2: Cook the Ramen noodles
---
Follow the rules on the back of the package, once you add the chicken seasoning drain the broth and add the cheese sauce.
---
Step 3: Grill the Bratwurst
---
Broiling works to, but just cook them and chop them, add to the Ramen/Cheese stuff. You could even microwave them if you want.
---
Step 4: Heat the Ragu Tomato Sauce
---
Microwaves are excellent, but boiling them in a pot gives it a better taste.
---
Step 5: Put the Ramen/Cheese/Bratwurst in a bowl, then add the Ragu Tomato sauce to the top. Top it with Parmesean, Crushed Red Pepper, anything you want.
Step 6: Eat and enjoy!
