Refresh me... how do i put them in the game...also share your best custom skins

You put them into your CS:S Folder in steam,
Depends on what skin you want,
Guns? Players?

You unzip them (the models materials sound script folders etc) into the cstrike folder.

See most skins aren't complete. One of the best looking ones i got accidentally removed the reloading animation and reloading sound for that gun...
