OMG. I love Dark, Milk chocolate is great too but I've found that I've grown more fond of Dark over the past few years. It's healthier for you anyways. More antioxidants and all that jazz.

Swiss. Has a MUCH higher Chocolate Liquor content than milk (25%, as opposed to 10%), but not as high as dark (35-50%). Its also more creamier (higher cocoa butter content) and less of a bitter taste than American chocolate, due to less butyric acid added to the recipe.

this is my preferred chocolate style and should be a choice on the poll

edit:i suppose ill just vote dark, but let the record show that my vote is for extra dark goodness
