Sorry for being in active from the forum and servers guys, my computer and steam was just being really messed up. I cant believe the solution to the problem was so simple though! The other day my dad asked me what the password was to my account, and i told him id make him a new one. I made it and i logged onto the account and it played the windows XP welcome music thingy ( my messed up account doesn't play it) So i made a new account for myself as well and i installed steam and it works! ( on my old account steam had problems and wouldn't load up) So yeah ill see you guys in the servers and in the forum now! ( 4 day weekend for my school because of presidents day)
