Helpful tips for people who want to get better at CS:S

I've been trying to learn how to bhop using mouse scroll to jump but it's extremely hard to get used to. Since whenever a situation calls for me to jump I instinctively press space bar, very confusing. So space bar shouldn't be that hard to use as long as you can get the timing right perfectly.

ps; Is there any way to bind 2 keys to the same function?

Depends on the function you're trying to get. I could take a guess and say you want to make F drop weapons, too?

Tell me what function and key and I'll tell you the console command if there is one.

Experience and a good Headset are truly the best things for anyone. With mine if im in B I can hear a guy coming from mid doors, its that nasty lol

How does that work with the voice communication Merc? I find myself often wishing people would be quiter on the mic so I could hear better... Do chatterboxes interfere with listening?

I turn the voice down, but then can't hear what everyone is saying strategy-wise etc... because there may be 1 guy that talks loud ALOT, so I turn voice down to hear, then others that aren't as loud can't be heard when they're telling whats going on etc...

Sometimes you just have to mute certain people on your player list.

Yeah, I have actually suggested to Steam to add a variable so we can bind a key to toggle mute all players.

I'd like to add 4 tips that I have found useful.

1. skip the groin, shoot them in the head.
2. skip the legs, shoot them in the head.
3. skip the arms, shoot them in the head.
4. Chest is okay, shooting them in the head is better.

You lie !

Why ?

1) Notice That if your team call a B rush, 80% Will camp mid and 20% Will Die

2) Bruce is more spawn camper than a leader, easy to lead with conflict, Merc, snowie etc..

3) if your team rush B, Cts Will tell it with mic so short is 99% open

4) anyway just do like me take your scout and get headshots

5) Merc always Plays Ct so he won't lead you !! But he also loves to stack the teams
