Hello all,
I've just switched from the CS:S division to TF2. I look forward to having an amazing time here with all of you guys!
A little story:
One day, I was playing CS:S and kinda got bored of it. I wanted TF2 to try it out but I didn't have money to buy it. Luckily, TF2 was on sale and the amazing Ploxbox bought it for me. The first time I've played it, I thought it was the most kiddish game ever and I was laughing at the lame graphics (no offense). However, the next week I returned and told myself: "If people like this game, you can like it too!" So I kept on playing for 2 hours straight trying to understand this kid-looking game. I finally understood how to play CP_Blackmesa. From that time on, I kept returning to play at blackmesa.
It wasn't mainly the gameplay that got me to switch to TF2...it's the wonderful people here! I love how everyone is so friendly to each other, the servers are less hectic, leadership is pretty understanding, and the events are a blast. Furthermore, I think TF2 is a fun game...graphics aren't that much of a deal to me anyways. To sum up, I would like to thank to Noise, Storm7117, and Ploxbox for guiding me through TF2 and helping me with whatever I needed.
PS: I love the TF2 economy...the hats and awesome items. I already have an earbud and I've barely played this game for 2 weeks. Time to get my unusual...
