Whenever I move my mouse in any game I get a massive FPS drop (SC2, TF2, C:SS, LoL, ME2, list goes on)

Here is a Ticket I sent to Riot for help

I have been getting severe drops in my FPS when I move my mouse, I can watch anywhere, with max settings and keep a constant 60 FPS, however when I move my cursor ingame, the game spikes SEVERELY (From 60 to 10-15 FPS) I will include a video
I have tried: Re-installing, defragging, Re-installing again, deleting virus scanners, checking my internet, updating video drivers, restarting my computer, uninstalling my mouse drivers and re-installing them, running league of legends as the only process, checking CPU and GPU temps (both stable at 40-50 C) and still no luck

I have an IDEAZON Reaper's Edge gaming mouse

My quick system specs

ATI 4850 1gig
4gigs of ram
Vista x64

It is a bit of a bad video, but it shows my general problem

Did you try uninstalling your video card drivers completely and then reinstalling them? I doubt it's the actual mouse, it sounds like a video card issue or a memory leak. You are running Vista. :P

Tried all 3, still nothing, I tried researching this and found some people with the same issue but no fix

Did you try unmaxing your settings?

Also, be sure you're using the same resolution in-game as you are out-of-game. Sometimes I get weird lag in LoL when I use a bigger reso.

Im sure I am using the same res, 1920x1200 and 1920x1200, if it helps this issue started with the Vayne patch

I see. I did some research and I see there's actually a whole host of problems since the new Vayne patch. Only other thing I would do is to contact Riot. I bet they could help you pinpoint the problem. Sorry I couldn't be of better help. I know how it is to have a patch go awol on your system.

Thanks for trying though, Im worried I will have to get a new mouse, I have the issue in TF2 as well along with SC2 and HoN and a few other games : /

UPDATE! I started using my old crappy 99 cent mouse and IT WORKS WITH NO LAG! I have no idea why or how, but it does

Dang, you serious? Now that is amazing. Now I'm curious as to why that is. Do you have special software installed for your other mouse or did you just plug-n-play it?

Is this "old crappy 99 cent mouse" USB or PS/2?

If PS/2, then there may be a problem with either your main mouse, or the USB port it is plugged into.

If USB, then there is probably an issue with your main mouse.

EDIT: If you don't know the difference, see image:

UPDATE 2!! It appears having my old mouse connected allows me to play with my Reaper Edge, this has to be the strangest fix i've ever attempted.. that works
