How do you feel about talking to leadership?

I have no problems talking to leadership. That is, except for RESPAWN and agent86, because the last time I talked to them, the Justin Bieber Incident was spawned... never again.

There're certain sections of leadership that I find to be non-approachable, and not because of their position(s). However, I am comfortable talking with and contacting all of TF2's leadership. It's almost like we're a big family.

I find them to be a last resort to ever want to talk to them and then I curl up in a ball and cry in a corner for an hour after I have to talk to them, even for just a second.

In all seriousness, I don't really have a problem talking with leadership. I actually knew a current advisor when he was an e. So we still talk a lot.

When I was an e, I thought leadership was like some regime and if you asked the wrong questions they would behead you for wasting their time. Now a days I feel less intimidated by them, due to the fact that I have realized that they are just normal people and like to have fun just like the rest of us.
