Random question about the game!

Never seen it happened ever. But i have experienced a part of it. when you throw a grenade at someone and it hits them directly before it explodes you lose hp. Is it possible to kill someone with that hit ?

If they have really REALLY low HP, then yes you could kill them.

Yes, grenades do 5 hp of damage if you get hit by one.
I've seen at most 2 people die this way.

I have taken a nade to the face, and died, with about 3hp left. Not fun. I have also done it to someone lol

It actually happened to me twice...this is what it looks like...You can see the grenade that i through at him in the first picture, the second picture the grenade must have blown up before i took the pic...

I wasnt 100% positive when it happened but im pretty sure ive killed someone with a smoke nade

Iv'e done it once with a rifle nade, it was on accident though but when the nade hit him he immediately collapsed lol

If u watch the HLstatsx statistic, there are already 19 kills with smokes, not many (19 of 7337194 !grr ), but there are. Does it deal damage when it hits u or does it deal damage when it starts smokin?

And is it right that u get slowed when a nade hits u? It already happend to me (or I just thought I am too slow to escape)

They hurt you at point of impact. I think they do slow you down.
I know for sure they do in Counter Strike.
