Witcher 2

Out of curiosity, how many points did you have (to spend on talents or whatever they are called) at the end?
I was level 31 by the end, so 30 points.

Ubersampling basically takes the scene and renders it multiple times, kind of rips your fps in half. It's really meant for cf/sli systems and future proofing for the game for later cards. I'm not going to be using it.
Indeed, though like I said it still ran smooth enough that I decided to leave it on. My projector's default resolution is 720p, so I had enough headroom that it didn't effect gameplay.

I did all of the side quests I ran across: notice board quests, fighting, arm wrestling, etc. I believe the only quests I (intentionality) skipped were the ones involving dice - a mini-game I don't enjoy. Perhaps there were a few I hadn't stumbled upon, but I definitely took my time in-game. *shrug*

I can't win at dice to save my life. Also, thanks for the heads up on the leveling, now I can "plan" my build more prudently (no adventuring off into the sign tree I'm afraid, short of perhaps the aard (the one that stuns) sign since its near the top and my second most used next to yrden).

I keep rolling my dice off the board lol..............................

On Specs - I play on medium with some low-end quad core, 4GB of 800Mhz ram, and a 4870 ATI. I am about 40% through the game - and have had no major bugs or glitches besides maybe the sound sync seems off slightly. I am a casual gamer though - so little things don't really bother me. It's all about whether it keeps my attention.

Snuggles

Finally hit Chapter 2- by god don't enter the battlefield if you value your life. Sounding like a great place to grind some XP for a few skills I'd been wanting (especially before any bosses... chapter 1 boss 2 was really difficult without any points spent (tip: buy footwork 1 + 2; will make that boss fight a cinch even on hard), but yea. Each ranged hit knocks off 1/4 of my HP and there are hundreds of them.
