True gentlemen and I like to add. I have learn a lot in my days if you wish to build unit moral along with team spirit it is all about Team work. Working together to accomplish a mission. One man army crap is for the birds and doom for failure. Units are held together by working together to accomplish a mission or a goal as a team not flying solo.
