Abdul has brought up some interesting games on jail, as of recent. One especially for the space jail (Can't remember the exact map name of it at the moment, forgive me).
It's basically hide and go seek, where it's at the beginning of the round, and so far the rules have just been to not go into autowants, and to hide before a certain time. The CTs kill xx amount of Ts before calling the game off, and everyone comes out of hiding.
Of course, this is difficult to pull off with all the secret weapons, and since the CTs are split up and can rebel. Perhaps this idea can be sent to some mappers, and have an automated cover randomizer room, where it basically activates certain doors similar to how the maze works on handofthrawn.
Other than that, I believe looking at other childhood games like kick the can, german spotlight, freeze tag, etc could bring up some promising new ideas for games. (Vexx's Ball Tag xD)
Another one that utalizes mapping techniques is capture the flag. The Ts are divided among two teams, and there are custom bombs with a trail or something to show what color team has it, and they run into each other's bases trying to find it after the other team hides it somewhere. Just an interesting idea. (Possibly hard to implement)
I'm just spitballing ideas here. I agree that I'd like to see Trivia come back, and Last Reaction is about as bad as Simon Says and should be one of those games that are kept banned from the Jail.
Just as a final statement, I'd love to see more skill involved games. The same climb over and over has a short learning curve, and it becomes a bit unfair to the rest of the people who have never done it before. And after a while, older maps become stale since you already know how to do everything. With tag, there's really no learning curve and it's random each time, and with more strategies, it's dynamic, and overall, much more fun to play. So I say lets stray away from the games like Last Reaction and Fish In a Barrel (If anyone knows what that is.)
