What are you some of your favorite trade methods to make a profit?

Personally, I just lurk trade servers until someone REALLY wants an item i have, and are willing to pay full price for it. I also use the google spreadsheet to find the value

All I care about are scout hats, so I'm basically willing to trade any other Hats/Items from other classes for 'em. So far, I have all but three scout hats.

I just keep an item until someone practically begs for me to give it to them. That seldom happens, but I like that method. BEG SOME MOAR!

I just hoard things until somebody offers me a good deal.

I only have three hats. Two i like and then the third hat i just trade around. Pointless yes but it keeps me entertained.
