I have an active Gold account on Xbox but i cannot log in to their site. The problem is that i had some obscure windows live account that i have no clue of that i signed up with my Xbox account. I have tried ever single email that i know of but all have failed. What do i do?

Call 1800-4MY-XBOX, go through the process of using their automated system. Eventually you'll talk to a live person. Tell them your problem. Hope you have a electronic payment system (debit, credit, etc) or they'll give you the turn around.
I had an account erased from my xbox, signed up using the wrong email, and I paid monthly. Can't get it back now, even though I know its mine, they know its mine. They can't simply change it to an email that I currently have, its against the rules and regulations.
