The NEW dod:S Patch

when it comes outs its gonna have the HL2 orange box engine right?


will we be required to pay for that patch?

I doubt it. We have already paid for the game, and since it is a patch, I would think not.

Patches are rightfully free. A Patch is a fix for a game. We paid money for the game; we paid and supported the creators. By buying the game, it is the creators right to fix any problems in it for free; errors that shouldn't be in the product to begin with.

I've never seen a game charge for a patch, but if they do it isn't worth it.
