Well i have tryed starting steam agein = dident fix it
Tryed deleting clientregistry.blob file = dident fix it

Anything other i can do?

Tested deleating steamUI and steam.dll
Did not work.

only one or all games affected? If only one game, you could try to delete it's files and download them again.

Did that... still does not work.

I installed R and L and then the 1.6 uppdate.
Then after that R and L does not work and Insurgency.
But TF 2 works....

Try verifying the integrity of the data/game files through steam (right click the game in your libray then there should be a tab for it - cant remember exactly, haven't done it in a while).
